During this difficulty time focusing on positive mental health is more important than ever! Having a healthy mindset allows people to recognize their full potential. During the month of May we will be focusing on the importance of mental health, early detection signs, and where to find help.

  • Staying physically active
  • Connecting with others when safe and possible

  • Pulling away from people and normal activities
  • Low energy
  • Mood swings
  • Smoking or using drugs and alcohol more frequently
  • Feeling like nothing matters
  • Having persistent thoughts and memories you can’t get out of your head
  • Harming yourself or others
  • Inability to perform daily tasks

 

During the Covid-19 pandemic Mental Health is more important than ever before.   As we socially distance from friends, family, and those we see at work, or the places we visit frequently, we can start to feel isolated and mentally depressed.  We want to help share as much information as possible during this trying time to help everyone adapt and overcome until we can all be united again!
